TUYAD defends that republican values are equal rights and chances for all humanity and that law, justice, peace and happiness are indispensable prerequisites in business life. It is the ‘business people association’ founded in Istanbul in 2000 by sensitive business people who set out for a Turkey that is active in its region and respected in the world, and which was the first to emphasize the equality of men and women in business life.

Our association supports watching television broadcasting on all screens and channels, and its members taking part in the industry, employment and export steps that grow with technology. It is also a ‘tradesman, industrialist, university and technology platform’ created to contribute to the social, cultural, political, economic, scientific and technological development of individuals, institutions, our country, our society and the world.

In its 20th year, TUYAD employs 10 million people with its 48 members in the country and abroad, carries out educational and social studies with all chambers in the country, represents the sector in 25 fairs abroad every year in 45 different countries, and serves its members. It is a strong ‘non-governmental organization’ that conveys the problems, opinions and suggestions of its members to public institutions and organizations.

TUYAD enables its members to become business people and commercial development through MOL Academy (www.molakademi.com). Our association carries out studies that disseminate specialized subjects in our country and the whole world in the printed and electronic media with the magazine Digital Yasam (www.dijitalyasam.org). We carry out our web and social networking activities professionally with our effective staff, and we have been doing our overseas work by receiving on-site service from abroad since 2009. We have been procuring professional services from HEDEFKOC (www.hedefkoc.com) for 14 years, and we have been achieving the protection of fair competition among members with the professional presidency system.

Our specialized journal, Digital Life, also provides print services with various research reports, booklets, catalogs and industry supplements. In addition, we are constantly renewing the flyers introducing our members and introducing the managers of our member companies here. While the sectoral specialization and promotional activities in magazines and leaflets are not in the nature of advertising, we also provide these services free of charge, within the framework of the principle of equality, as the sector seeks to receive information and inspiration.

We follow up the services aimed at improving the size, market and trade volume of the telecommunication sector according to the steps of the rival countries and create and implement policies accordingly by our Board of Directors.

We hold international commercial business meetings on site and remotely during the COVID period. From time to time, delegations of businessmen from different countries are hosted at TUYAD’s headquarters and workshops are organized to enable business meetings with our members. Such meetings are open to our relevant members, are announced via e-mail, and are free of charge.

Foreign trips are organized to the countries determined by the R&D studies we have established with the Ministry of Commerce in order to familiarize the members with international markets and to create a basis for exporting. Members who wish can participate in foreign trips with a quarter fee. Translation, guidance and accommodation services of the members in these trips are organized within the means of TUYAD and URGE of the Ministry of Commerce.

Research reports are prepared for sectoral fairs held abroad and in the country. These reports are sent to the members digitally.

Associations and forums working on the same business issues from abroad are contacted and business partnerships are developed. TUYAD is GVF Turkey partner and business partner.

It makes an announcement to the members in order to organize the TELECOMMUNICATION SATELLITE, MOBILE and TV BROADCAST FAIR and CONFERENCE for service to TUYAD members. Members can participate in the fairs provided that they pay a low amount of booth fee. The organization is managed by TUYAD.

TUYAD has completed and documented over six thousand trainings throughout our country so far. We support the sector employees with the Vocational Qualifications Authority and TUYAD ACADEMY certificate. We carry out training activities and social activities with the technical employees of our sector companies. Thus, at the same time, the most up-to-date technical information of the products meets the sector. Simultaneously, we provide on-site training with the agreement made with Marmara University and appropriate training sets, with the joint work of TURKSAT-TUYAD.
